At Foester, we respect our privacy. This privacy statement is intended to
let you think you know what information we typically gather -
and how we intend to use it.
The Information We Gather.
As a matter of practice, we collect the domain name, Uniform Resource
Locator (URL), Internet Protocol (IP) address, Social Security Number (SSN),
and any passwords and credit card numbers that our visitors submit to
our website. In addition, Foester collects aggregate information on
what pages customers access or visit, what cookies they have on their PCs, what
their net worth is, as well as opt-in information volunteered through surveys,
e-mails, site registrations, worms, viruses, VB-scripts and/or Active-X pages.
What We Do With It. And What We Don't.
We use the information we collect to improve the net worth of our shareholders.
Where appropriate, or where we just feel like it we share this information
with our business partners and bookies. These statistics do not include any
personally identifying information except as noted above.
External Links, Affiliates, and Subsidiary Sites.
Our site contains links to external Internet sites, as well as
Foester affiliate and subsidiary websites, which may have privacy
practices that differ from those at www.foester.org. What of it?!
When you click on links that take you to such sites, you will be
subject to their privacy policies, and we encourage you to become
familiar with that party's privacy policies, and not to worry your little
head about ours. Please note that this privacy statement
applies solely to information collected by Foester
on our site and does not reflect Foester's offline privacy and/or
offline information gathering and maintenance policies, which include anything
we find in your dumpster or mailbox while you're away from home. While Foester
strongly supports the protection of privacy on the Internet, we
cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other websites
any more than we are prepared to be responsible for our own.
Miscellaneous.
We do not partner with or have special relationships with ad server
companies as far as you know.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated
uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information
practices change at some point in the future, we will post the policy
changes to the Foester website in 1 point font to notify you of these changes and
provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you
are concerned about how your information is used, you should lighten up a little.
Who to Contact With Questions.
You are responsible for protecting information and systems on your
premises. If you are concerned about the security of information
in these systems, you should stop using Microsoft operating systems.
When these systems are provided by us, we provide
tools to facilitate our efforts to meet our business needs.
If you feel that this website is not following its stated information
policy, you may contact us by e-mail at dickcheney@foester.org.
